BioPartnership Programme

We provide practical assistance to internationalising UK lifescience companies.
Joining the BioPartnership Programme gives you significant extra benefits including discounts for a number of major international events.

These benefits include:

How does it work?

  1. You pay an annual fee of £300.
  2. You select the events you are interested in attending.
  3. Depending on the event, we will provide discount codes or register and pay on your behalf.
For events where we take care of registration, you benefit from extended early bird deadlines and payment terms.

Entry fee discounts are €500 off the regular single delegate price for BIO-Europe and BIO-Europe Spring, €/$200 off EuroMedtech/BioPharm America,
€330 off BioSquare and 20% discount for exhibitors at Genesis
Figures based only on current price information and a notional exchange rate of €1 = £0.87 and $1 = £0.64

Discounts on freight charges of at least 10% are also available, for almost any conference in Europe or North America.

By combining discounts through the year, you could save over £2,600 whilst promoting your company at some of Europe's most important exhibitions and conferences.

*The BioPartnership Programme is not just about discounts.
Our extended payment terms mean that you could, for example, sign up for BIO-Europe Spring in December and only pay in March of the following year.

UK Delegations BioPartnership Programme members attending BIO-Europe and/or BIO-Europe Spring have automatic entitlement to join our UK Delegation and access to all of the added benefits. Click here to find out more - and join our next Delegation...

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different to a traditional membership scheme?
We regard any UK lifescience company on our mailing list as a BioPartner ordinary member. The BioPartnership Programme additionally entitles you to specially negotiated discounts plus a range of practical and administrative services that save you time and defer your costs. You also gain extra international exposure at BIO-Europe, BIO-Europe Spring and Genesis through being part of a group, and through our contacts and partners overseas.

How does this affect my TAP grant application?
To receive UKTI TAP funding your company must meet the eligibility criteria, and join the UK Delegation at a fee of £300 per event. This is the price of promotional benefits and covers some of our costs in supporting your attendance. If you have been awarded a TAP grant and have already paid your BioPartnership Programme dues, you can use this to cover the UK Delegation fee as long as you have not already taken up any other discounts within the membership year. You will then need to rejoin the BioPartnership Programme before further discounts can be applied.

How can I find out more about TAP grant funding?
If you are planning to attend Bio-Europe or Bio-Europe Spring, your company may be eligible for a grant under the Tradeshow Access Programme. These grants can only be obtained through BioPartner.co.uk. You do not have to exhibit to get a grant: if you are represented on the UK Pavilion you may be awarded £1,000 per company per event. If you are purchasing exhibition space, you may apply instead for a £1,400 grant. Eligibility criteria apply: for more information, click here

What does it cost?
Annual membership costs just £300+VAT per company and is renewable on the anniversary of joining.
