BioPartner.co.uk will lead the UK Delegation to Bio-Europe in Düsseldorf, coordinating the UK pavilion, and providing promotional opportunities as well as support and advice during the conference.
We have a range of opportunities and discounted prices available for UK lifescience companies:

How it works:
- Fill in our registration form
- check if you are eligible for TAP* funding- you do not have to be an exhibitor to get £1,000 towards your costs.
- select your benefits - We purchase all your conference tickets on your behalf (and stand space if you are exhibiting). Don't register on the conference website.
- We submit your TAP application to UKTI, if you have claimed.
- We liaise with you to ensure you receive all of your requested benefits, then invoice you for the full amount.
- You attend the event.
DO NOT register on the Bio-Europe Spring website**: we can only award discounts and apply for your TAP grant if you register here.
The UK Delegation. Whether you are purchasing exhibition space yourself, or want us to promote your company whilst you attend partnering meetings and presentations, join the UK Delegation to save money and increase your presence at the conference. You don't have to be an exhibitor to join.
Anyone can join the UK delegation, but BPP members gain extra benefits:
- Join one UK Delegation free of charge†
- Special entry discounts on major international events
- Minimum 10% discount on freight (all exhibitions)
- Access to £1,000 SOLO grants (all other exhibitions)
- Up to 50% savings on good quality hotel accommodation near the venue
† BioPartnership Programme members join their first UK Delegation free of charge. Subsequent UK delegation joining fee £300 per event
Your company may be eligible for a grant of £1400 if you are purchasing exhibition space, or £1000 if you are attending as a partnering delegate. First-time TAP recipients also receive free membership of the BioPartnership Programme for 1 year.

In order to receive any awarded TAP funding you must:
-- Pay the Delegation Management fee of £300 (applies to each TAP grant received, regardless of BPP membership status
-- attend each day of the conference and our conference briefing meeting
-- complete a UKTI feedback form whilst at the conference
TAP funds are distributed by cheque or bank transfer, normally within 2 months of the event date.
